In September I believed that this class would be near impossible. Well... I was right. Just kidding. The class was challenging, but not discouraging. I found that when we were doing a project, something stimulated me to want to finish it (not that I would fail if I did not finish it-but that the project intrested me intellectually). I wish that we had more time. I know that time is something out of your control sometimes. I wish that I had more time to work on the website or more time to read, more books to read. I just wish that there ws more time to do more books and more journals. I really liked the selections of books this year.
When I reflect back to this year I will remember the websites. I really think that they are cool. I feel so smart saying that I have a website. Although my website is not the coolest or the neatest on with pictures and fancy backrounds. I still think that for a first attempt, my website is pretty darn neat. I really like it!!
The first thing that I will leave at the door when I leave this class forever is analytical essays. I really did not like them. Sorry. I have no real desire to remember about analytical essays.
To the incoming freshmen: Get a head start on everything-don't wait till the last minute.
The whole idea of a Web Page was a great idea and I have enjoyed expressing my ideas and opinions on the World Wide Web. I hope that I was able to live up to the expectations of Sophomore Honors English II. I feel really spoiled this year with having Mr. Luizzi as my teacher, being able to create a web site and have a class consisting of 13 students. This class has been the best year of English I have ever had. All of the hard work really pays off. I can see it in my writing and my reading. I cannot express how happy I am to finally have a web site and also enjoy reading! Thank you!
